New trial -- misconduct of counsel. The improper remarks of plaintiff's counsel were prejudicial and went beyond the bounds of permissible retaliation for previous
objectionable conduct of opposing counsel. The trial court failed to comply with a request to instruct the jury to disregard
the remarks, and, under the circumstances stated in the opinion, it was an abuse of discretion to refuse to grant a new trial
on the ground of such misconduct.
